Joseph Okai Ardayfio is a dedicated and anointed Bible teacher, pastor, and evangelist. A son of Ghanaian heritage (Ghana, West Africa), he was born in Monrovia, Liberia, and later established himself in the United States, namely in Detroit and Boston. He is happily married to his best friend, Ophelia, and together they are lead pastors at Mars Hill Fellowship Church, which they planted in 2009.
Joseph holds a B.A. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Divinity in Theology and Apologetics from Liberty University.
Joseph gave his heart to the Lord at the tender age of ten (10) and much later, in 2003, he joined the 7,000 member Jubilee Christian Church, in Mattapan, MA. In 2006, under the leadership of Bishop G.A. Thompson, he was appointed as the assembly’s college and young adults pastor. It was there that he honed his many talents and ministry gifts by serving God’s people in multiple church functions.
As an influential Christian leader, Pastor Joseph Ardayfio’s deepest desire is to proclaim the life-altering truth of the Gospel of the Kingdom, and to disciple men and women to live balanced, impactful, and Christ-centered lives. To this end, God has blessed him with numerous talents, gifts, and experiences. Indeed, Joseph Ardayfio is known as a man who wears many hats: Christian statesman, apologist, teacher, author, intellectual property attorney, entrepreneur, consultant, and motivational speaker.
Professionally, Joseph works for eDiscovery where he does litigation work. His law expertise includes legal work in patents, copyrights, and trademarks. He also serves on a variety of boards and organizations across the U.S. and internationally.
Joseph is a uniquely gifted communicator who knows how to fuse together rich biblical insight with humor and creativity, bringing the gospel alive through media and the arts. This has led to him being invited to speak at several conferences and events. His myriad of life experiences and far-reaching vision have led him to establish For Your Glory, Lord Ministries International which serves to minister to the needs of this generation.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife, reading devotionals and legal fiction, writing poetry, and even playing the drums. His unique aptitude as a drummer and for leading marching bands actually brought his former high school to name an award after him: The Joseph O. Ardayfio Band Captain Award.
Pastor Joseph resides in Boston, MA with his life and ministry partner, Ophelia Ardayfio. Together, they have three amazing sons: Nehemiah, Xavier and Benjamin.
